2010-07-28-Meeting with Our Lawyers of the Day -Andreu + Alenda

Meeting with Rosario & Fuensanta, Lawyers, 28th of July 2010 Attended: Mo Taunton, Peter Hopkins

1. Clara & the Flats
i) We informed the lawyers regarding the meeting with Clara and her lawyer. We asked the lawyers advice regarding the offer Clara has made, 5.000,00 € deposit the 1.000,00 € monthly as well as her monthly water bills. The lawyers recommend us to accept the offer as long as she signs a unique contract.

ii) We informed the lawyer regarding the various complaints from residents over the state of the area around the flats, the rubbish and the destruction of equipment (for scrap). We informed the lawyers that there is still a problem after letters have been sent. The lawyers will write a letter.

iii) We checked with the lawyers regarding the state of the investigation into the documentation provided with reference to the villa and the caravans. We clarified a few things to the lawyers and the investigation continues.

2. We confirmed the report received regarding 2 court payments for plots 30 & 649.

3. Plot 401 - We asked the lawyers over our request to contact the family lawyer for the outstanding debt & the possible solutions.

The lawyers asked about the escritura; if it is the communities name the problem has an easier solution. The lawyers are going to register the caravan as being abandoned, as there has been no one out in six years.
We are going to check with the Land Registry and the file in the office and will contact the lawyers.

4. We informed the lawyers that in the following weeks the pre-paid electric meters will be installed. We informed the lawyers that the monthly payments for plot 513 might stop, and that we therefore might have to appeal to the courts.

5. We checked with the lawyers the state of the N.I.E for Myall and the powers to be able to start the escrituras. They informed us that they are applying for the last paperwork needed.

6. We asked me lawyers of the cost to modify the community statutes to bring them into the 21 century (only after a unanimous vote). The lawyers informed us that the cost would be under 2.000,00 € we can modify or add anything.

7. We asked about the investigation for plots 6,7,8,9 and 10 with Suma. The investigation continues.

8. The investigation by S. Security is still pending, and the lawyers are waiting for the next meeting in Alicante, as well as the inspection in the community.
