1. We are still waiting for the clarification of the escritura on Clara's villa. Two pre-paid meters are ready to be installed with respect to the flats Clara has denied access to the electrician and has put a padlock on the meter cupboard.

2. Owner from plot 513 has signed a contract with the lawyer to pay monthly against his debt for 2008, a condition of the contract was that he pay €1500 with respect to court costs before signing the contract, this he did. He has asked that this money be credited to his account, Fuensanta confirmed that this was the costs to the courts and not a payment off his debt therefore he will not be credited with this amount.

3. Plot 490-has been taken off the court list-the debt is down to the tenants and not the owner of the plot.

4. Fuensanta is still waiting for the certificate from the Town Hall with respect to Power of Attorney to finalise escrituras

5. The lawyers will attend the AGM but are on court rota that weekend with the Guardia and may be called away, if necessary the agenda will be re-ordered to accommodate.

6. Payment for €1101.56 was withdrawn from Misol account in respect of sanctions for overdue Social Security payments prior to 2008. These payments are made automatically with no prior notice, Rosario made a telephone call on our behalf and was advised that we should expect another in the near future.
