2010-06-22-Meeting with Our Lawyers of the Day -Andreu + Alenda,

Monthly meeting Abogados; 22   June 2010

Present: Mo Taunton, Shelagh Shaw, Fuensanta Maria Alenda.

1.           Payment for plot 30 paid into Banesto bank but used against another embargo.  Peter to send receipts received from the owner with explanation.

2.           Suma payments for plots 6/7/8/9. Fuensanta to remind Rosario that we are still waiting for an answer.

3.           POA-Fuensanta has been asked to locate the original document by the Notary; we do now have the NIE number of Myall.

4.           Fuensanta will remind Rosario that we are still waiting for a result re the escritua for the villa.

5.           It was explained that we are still waiting for the confirmation with respect to the legality of installing pre-paid meters for debtors.

6.           A copy of the temporary contract for the tenant in the bar and the inspection report conducted by an independent electrician was given to Fuensanta.

7.      Fuensanta has agreed to Chair the AGM in September and  translate if necessary.
