•        The lawyer informed us that Myall has signed the Power of Attorney, in the name of the lawyers (the only way Myall wanted it, he doesn't trust the community). Fuensanta will inform us when they have receives the original.

•        Fuensanta has got in contact with plot 401. Pay the debt or give the plot as the debt. We are waiting for their reply.

•        We informed Rosario regarding the sign at the entrance. She confirmed that if we don't apply again (completing all the requirements) we have to remove it. We informed her that there was a scrap man interested in completing the job. She said it would be better to contract a registered company to complete the job, in case of any accidents. An authorisation letter from the community giving him all the responsibilities &. liabilities wouldn't suffice as the scrap man isn't registered (with public liability insurance).

•        We informed Rosario regarding the request from G. Knight and the Ayuntamiento. We asked her to attend the meeting with us. We will inform her of the appointment.

•        Rosario informed us of the problem with the payment to the courts for plot 30, it is more complicated. She will continue to investigate. Until we have the report we cannot credit the payment.

•        We informed Rosario the topic of Clara, the results of the technicians and the requirements of the committee. She is in agreement with the committee's decision; we will inform her of the result of the meeting with Clara.

•        We asked Rosario regarding a Debt Collection Agency. Rosario is investigating.

•        We informed Rosario about the problem with the swimming pool and of the pending repairs. She has confirmed that we have to wait until the man gets back from his holidays and keep her informed of the situation.

•        We informed Rosario about the pre-paid electric meters. She is happy that we have found a solution.

We had to pay two bills for the cancelation of the court case for plot 93 after the credits following the agreement of the A.G.M of 2009.
