Meeting with Rosario, lawyer, 20 January 2010

• We still haven't got the N.I.E number for Myall. Fuensanta is dealing with it. Possibly we will know more next month.
• We can now do the Power of Attorney. With this document we will be able to do Escrituras if the plot is registered in the community's name. If the plot is registered in the name of Jones, Price, or Myall we will have to wait till we have the N.I.E. Rosario will call the notary to make the appointment.
• Rosario is still checking Clara's Escritura for the villa. When we know more we can finally do something with account 691 (the villa).
• We have given the information on plot 401 to the lawyers. They will be contacting the owners' lawyer to organize the debt and the ownership. We have also given the telephone number of the cousin. She will be contacted if the lawyer cannot help.
• We have given the 2009 debtors list to Rosario. We have told her to hold off presenting them to the courts until we have sent a letter to all debtors reminding them to bring in their receipts for crediting. We have to put a time limit on. If we haven't received the receipts by May we will be presenting all the debt certificates to the courts. We only have the cases pending from previous years.
• The process to reclaim the debt for 513 is still pending. We need to send to Rosario the statement of accounts from 2007-2009. We need to inform the judge of all payments since the order to pay was issued, to know the final amount. Continues.
• We asked Rosario about various court payment paid by owners that we haven't received. We have finally received the payment by plot 28 from 22/02/2007 for the amount of 6731,16. We have to go to "Banesto" in Torrevieja to collect the payment and pay-in to our account.
The court payment for plot 40 from 08/02/2006 for the amount of €1.485,42 was collected from "Banesto" in 2006 but was entered as an unknown payment (TN° 3689) We can credit the account. The court payment for plot 37 form 12/06/2006 was paid to the courts, but the owner then filed an appeal and won [The owner needs to appeal the courts for the payment]. The court payment for plot 30 from 21/09/2006 for the amount of €1.385,00 was paid to the courts but before we could collect the money it was embargoed for another community debt, therefore we can credit this account. Rosario is compiling a report for the file before we credit the amount.
• The new rental contracts for the lock-ups have been completed and collected.
