Monthly meeting - Rosario 03/04/2009
1. Clara's escritura - Rosario has promised to look at it next week.
2. Francisco Martinez Gil - Plot 40 is confirmed as being in this name.
3. Barker - €1000 paid into the courts, a lawyer is chasing this up and we hope to have the money transferred into our account shortly. The same applies to the Cam bank money.
4. Rosario has been corresponding with Myall re the NIE numbers for the last 3 weeks, slow progress is being made.
5. All debt certificates relating to 2008 have been given to Rosario to process. There have been 4 rulings for Morris, Rouse, Staniforth and Shercliff with respect to 2007 debts. The judgements have been found in Mi-Sol's favour.
6. Caja Rural bank slips showing withdrawals totalling €1465.50 by Paco have been given to Rosario, it was explained that this bank account was meant to be frozen so why is withdrawals allowed. She will deal with it.
7. 2003 accounts given to me by Paco have been given to Rosario to keep as evidence that they are fraudulent; there is no official stamp from an accountant, administrator or lawyer on them to authenticate.
8. The new bank details have been given to Rosario so that if and when monies come through via the courts they have the correct details.
9. Gregorio made an appearance to complain about his suma; he is of the impression that it is Mi-Sol's responsibility to pay to have his plot drawn up on the plan. Both lawyers present confirmed it is the purchaser's responsibility.
