• We asked Rosario if we were any further on with obtaining the N.I.E number for Myall. Rosario informed us that we were still in communications with the representative and that were even closer to having it.
• We asked Rosario if she had a result with regards to Clara's escritura for the villa and the caravans. This matter is still ongoing, but Rosario hopes to have an outcome by our next meeting.
• Rosario was pleased to inform us that we finally have the judicial order to return the money from the CAM account which had the embargo.
• Peter Hopkins gave the exact account statements, which were asked for at the previous meeting. We are still waiting for the complete list of owners taken to court. We have arranged a second meeting at the end of the month to collect the necessary paperwork.
• We asked Rosario if we were any further forward with the investigation into the latest bills received from "Agenda Tributaria". Rosario discovered that the debt was for "La Renta 2007". Mi-Sol was supposed to pay €1,900.00, but only made one payment of €500.00. As there were no further payments, we incurred 15% interest.
• We were given court papers for the first debt certificates presented in January. The first case will take place in November 2009 for plot 231.
As plot 513 was contacted by the courts at the beginning of last month, and has made no payments since, we informed Rosario to go ahead with the embargo process.
We are still waiting for an outcome for Morris.
We have a result for plot 620. Rosario has asked for a certified notification to be sent.
• We invited Rosario to the A.G.M, dated 26th September 2009. We informed her as we are doing our own administration; we would like her there to answer any legal questions brought up at the meeting.
• We informed Rosario that there will be no committee meeting in august and that our next meeting with her will be in the beginning of September, before.........

Posted are the notes taken at the July meeting with Rosario, since that meeting I am happy to report that the money paid by owners into the Cam bank has now been transferred to LaCaixa Bank. Those owners who have produced Cam bank receipts have been credited with the amounts paid, so far we have credited approximately €6,000. The amount transferred was €14,793.99, as you can see there is still quite a lot to be credited and I urge those owners to come forward so that we can amend our debtors list.
At this time of year more than half of the committee are away in the UK, therefore I have decided not to have a committee meeting in August, the next committee meeting will be Saturday 5th September. This year's AGM will be held on 26th September and the relevant paperwork will be sent out during the first two weeks of August.
The last few months has seen the health of Danny Williams deteriorate. Danny has been a great help to the community, standing in for Bill our postie and in previous years helping out in the office. I would like to take this opportunity to wish him well, our thoughts are with him.
The standard of the pool is excellent and we have had numerous positive remarks, it has been expensive both in money and hours, my thanks to those who have given their time freely to maintain this standard.
